How to make a purchase and register it?

You can use Sarajevo Dance Festival web shop to complete following orders/purchases:

  • Tickets to attend the event
    • Early Bird Tickets [LINK]
    • Standard Tickets [LINK]
  • Accommodation during the dance camp and dance festival
    • At Hotel Hills (competition venue) [LINK]
    • At Hotel Hollywood (just a few minutes away from the competition venue) [LINK]
  • Accommodation upgrades
    • Half-board (1 additional meal) or Full-board (2 additional meals) at Hotel Hills
    • Half-board (1 additional meal) or Full-board (2 additional meals) at Hotel Hollywood
  • Transportation for accompanying persons or non-competitors [LINK]


Purchase and registration guide for Accommodation and Accommodation upgrades

  1. Select a Hotel where you want to book an accommodation
    • Hotel Hills [LINK]
    • Hotel Hollywood [LINK]
  2. After Hotel selection, select any room you want to book depending on number of guests (1-4 per room)
  3. Select how many nights you want to book a chosen room (1-6 nights)
    • Total price will be displayed when you select the number of nights
  4. Press “Add to cart” and complete the purchase to get order number
  5. Go to accommodation registration form
    • Hotel Hills [LINK will be provided in the confirmation email]
    • Hotel Hollywood [LINK will be provided in the confirmation email]
    • Note: before filling selected accommodation registration form, you need to complete the purchase to get order number
  6. Fill all required fields (some of the fields will be dynamically filled when you enter order number)
  7. Double-check selected booking/registration form details to match your order
  8. Click “SEND” and you’re done, you’ve connected accommodation registration and your order
  9. Print your confirmation emails (order and registration) so you can show it to the official personnel in the hotel reception

Additional purchase – Accommodation upgrades

  1. All initials room bookings include only breakfast, but you can upgrade it to:
    • Half-board (breakfast + lunch or dinner) *the price varies according to the hotel selection
    • Full-board (breakfast + lunch + dinner) *the price varies according to the hotel selection
  2. You can find accommodation upgrades on each room page in the bottom section and click on it to get more options
  3. To correctly complete your order please select:
    • How many persons will stay in the room (according to previously selected room)
    • How many days those persons will stay in accommodation (according to how many nights you previously selected)
    • Example: Double room (select 2 persons), 3 nights (select 4 days) = Full/Half board price
  4. After you get total price based on previous inputs, Press “Add to cart” and optionally complete purchase or add more products/options
  5. Finish your order and make payment

Note: We advise you to book one room and one board update per purchase (1-4 persons and 1-6 nights). It would be much easier to connect to registration form and track it’s order number. Although, if you purchased for example two or even three rooms, but only one board update, please add note/remark in the registration form field which room you want to connect to board update. We’ll do it for you in the background.
Note: All form details must be filled and valid to avoid any possible issues while entering the halls.


Purchase and registration guide for Tickets to attend the event

  1. Go to Early-bird tickets [LINK] or Standard tickets [LINK]
  2. Select any ticket that you want to buy
  3. Select amount and make an order
    Note: Standard tickets can be ordered without registration
    Note: VIP tickets (Chair and Table) must be registered after the order
    Note: Access registration forms for VIP Chair and VIP Table [LINK will be provided in the confirmation email]
    • Fill all required fields
    • Double-check all details to match your order
    • Click “SEND” and you’re done, you’ve connected VIP registration and your order
    • Note: before filling any VIP registration form, you need to complete the purchase to get order number
  4. Press “Add to cart” and optionally complete purchase or add more products/options
  5. Print your order (will be delivered to your e-mail address after purchase) and registration confirmation emails (for VIP tickets only) so you can show it to the official personnel before entering the hall

Note: All form details must be filled and valid to avoid any possible issues while entering the halls.


Purchase and registration guide for Transport

  1. Go to transport ticket [LINK]
  2. Select number of passengers
  3. Make an order
    • Press “Add to cart” and optionally complete purchase or add more products/options
  4. Go to transport registration form [LINK will be provided in the confirmation email]
    • Note: before filling transport registration form, you need to complete the purchase to get order number
  5. Fill all required fields (some of the fields will be dynamically filled when you enter order number)
  6. Double-check transportation booking/registration form details to match your order
  7. Click “SEND” and you’re done, you’ve connected transportation registration and your order
  8. Print your confirmation emails (order and registration) so you can show it to the driver or official personnel before onboarding

Note: All details must be filled and valid to avoid any possible issues during the transfer period.
