Sarajevo Dance Festival offers two categories of Coach Pass accreditation:
1. Complimentary Coach Pass
Each country is entitled to two (2) complimentary Coach Pass accreditations for its officially nominated coaches.
These coaches must be nominated directly by their respective National Member Body (NMB).
The NMB is required to submit the following information for both nominated coaches:
All nominations must be sent directly to info@sarajevodancefestival.com.
Important: Officially nominated coaches do not need to register or purchase their Coach Pass through our website. Their accreditation is processed directly through their National Member Body.
2. Paid Coach Pass
All other coaches who wish to obtain a Coach Pass must complete the registration process and purchase their accreditation through our official website.
Follow these five steps to apply, purchase and receive your official Coach Pass.
Complete the online registration form and submit all required personal and dance club information.
The SDF team reviews your application to verify your identity and confirm your dance club membership.
Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation along with a secure link to complete your payment.
Purchase your Coach Pass through our official online store using the payment link provided in your approval email.
After successful payment, SDF will issue your final Coach Pass accreditation confirmation.

The deadline for purchasing Coach Pass accreditations is November 20, 2026.
Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete.
All paid Coach Pass applications are subject to verification and approval by the Sarajevo Dance Festival Organizing Committee. Applicants must provide accurate personal information, a valid photograph, and their dance club’s contact details for verification purposes.
Please note that submitting an application or completing a payment does not automatically guarantee accreditation. If your Coach Pass application is not approved after payment has been completed, the applicable terms of our No Refund Policy will apply, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Please ensure that you meet all accreditation requirements before proceeding with your purchase.
