ORDERING

All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks (BAM) and include VAT, if applicable. The SDF 2025 entry fee accommodation service, as well as tickets for the SDF 2025 event, are ordered online, and the order is considered confirmed when the buyer selects card payment and makes the payment.

PAYMENT

Ordered services are paid exclusively by online card payment using accepted cards (Mastercard, Maestro or Visa).

Payment is considered completed when the funds are recorded in the account of the Astorija Sports Dance Club Association.

DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE

All services purchased via the website www.sarajevodancefestival.com, including the SDF 2025 entry fee accommodation, are provided in person at the event location or, in the case of electronic products (e.g. tickets), are delivered via e-mail to the buyer’s address after payment confirmation.

The buyer is obliged to save the delivered confirmation, ticket or reservation confirmation and present it when using the service or when entering the event.

REFUND POLICY

For all services and products purchased through this website (including entry fee accommodation SDF 2025 and tickets for the SDF 2025 event), there is no possibility of refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the buyer.

The buyer confirms that he is familiar with this policy when completing the order.

COMPLAINTS

Since this is a service provided at a specific event, complaints after the start or end of the event are not possible.

In the event that the service cannot be provided by the Astoria Sports Dance Club Association for any reason (e.g. cancellation of the event), the buyer will be contacted to agree on further steps.
