How to Book a Transfer?

Transfers from the airport to one of the official hotels, and vice versa, are available for a fee of €10.00 per person (each way).
To book a transfer, please provide the following details:

Flight Details: Arrival date, time, flight number, and airport of origin.
Hotel to Airport Transfer: If you need a transfer from the hotel to the airport, include your departure time.
Passenger Information: Number of passengers and the name for the booking.

WDSF World Championship Youth Latin 2024:

Transportation from the airport to the Official Hotel for athletes attending the World Championship Youth Latin 2024 will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

Airport Arrival Pick-Up Dates:
For officials and athletes attending the World Championship Youth Latin 2024, transportation will be available on November 28 and 29, 2024.
Departure Pick Up Dates:
Transportation for Officials and Athletes from the Official Hotel to the airport will be provided on December 01 and 02, 2024
Please submit all arrival and departure details to the Organizing Committee by November 15, 2024.
Transportation arrangements will be available for submissions received by November 15, 2024.
