Visa Information

Participants who require a visa or an official invitation letter to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina should contact the Organizer at: info@sarajevodancefestival.com

Required Documents

To start the visa or invitation letter procedure, participants must submit:

• Full name of the athlete(s) exactly as stated in the passport
• Clear scanned copy or photo of the passport (recommended) or national ID card
• All required documents should be sent by email to info@sarajevodancefestival.com.

Processing Time

• Personal Invitation Letter: Approximately 2 to 3 working days.
• Government Issued Visa: Minimum 1.5 months (min. 45 days).
• Processing times may vary depending on the embassy or consulate.

Important Information

Participants are responsible for checking the entry requirements for Bosnia and Herzegovina before making travel arrangements.

If a visa is required, all requested documents should be submitted to the Organizer as early as possible. We strongly recommend sending the visa request at least 2 months before the event to ensure sufficient time for processing.

The Organizer will assist with the application procedure and provide the necessary supporting documents. However, the Organizer cannot guarantee visa approval and cannot be held responsible for processing times, delays, or decisions made by embassies, consulates, or other government authorities.

Incomplete or late applications may result in delays that could prevent participants from obtaining a visa before the event.
